On November 19, 2025, OCCL received a complaint alleging failure to use appropriate behavior supports. An unannounced visit was conducted on November 26, 2025, to investigate this complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint for use of inappropriate behavioral supports by Staff #1 or any staff member. Six staff and Administrator #1 were interviewed separately regarding the allegations. All staff who worked in the classroom with Staff #1 denied witnessing or hearing of the inappropriate behavior supports described in the report.
