An unannounced visit was conducted on May 4, 2022, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because both the center and Parent #1 provided documentation that the center was documenting all interactions between Child #1 and Child #2 and the staff were working with both families to try to accommodate all requests made by the parents and still meet both child s needs.

The investigation began on October 20, 2021, by Detective Slater. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because it was determined that Child #1 was never alone with any of the staff members. Therefore, no one had the opportunity to touch the child inappropriately.
