On June 13, 2023, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding an allegation of improper discipline. An investigation was conducted on June 16, 2023. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the staff members interviewed all stated they have never seen Staff #1 shake or pinch any of the children. During the visit, the licensing specialist attempted to review the video footage from the classroom but was unable to do so due to a technology error.
