This complaint is substantiated for not meeting meal pattern requirements due to the center being unable to serve sandwiches to children for lunch on some days in June 2024 because they are delivered frozen. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not having a posted menu or not storing food at an appropriate temperature because the center menu was posted on-site, and the refrigerators were at an appropriate temperature.
