An investigation was conducted on September 22, 2025. All staff interviewed stated there are no staff that are mean to children and all staff stated parents are aware of behaviors that are seen in the classroom. Based on the results of this investigation, this complaint is substantiated because Ms. Monti stated the center is transporting children in vehicles that do not have a traveling first aid kit and a dry chemical fire extinguisher. This complaint is also substantiated for transporting children without having a policy regarding this transportation in the parent/guardian handbook.
