  On May 21, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding concerns about not notifying OCCL of an equipment breakdown including but not limited to a lack of working toilets. This complaint is unsubstantiated because although there were sinks in the center that were clogged on May 21, 2024, there were additional sinks within the same classroom that were able to be utilized by the children. This did not impact the availability of running water, working sinks, or working toilets, and would not require notification to OCCL or families.
