On December 27, 2023, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding incorrect ratios between the hours of 3:30 pm 5:00 pm. Based on staff interviews, observations, and documentation received, this complaint is substantiated for exceeding maximum group size because at the time of the visit, the number and age of children in the multipurpose room exceeded the maximum group size. The center quickly updated and educated staff about the new schedule.

On August 4, 2021, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding concerns about the security in the center during drop-off and pick-up times. At the conclusion of an investigation conducted on August 6, 2021, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. While the doors to the center were unlocked during the time of this investigation, there were multiple qualified staff members physically present near the door before an adult would have access to a classroom. The staff stated during the hours the doors are unlocked, there is always qualified staff present monitoring the area near the door.
