OCCL received a complaint on February 23, 2022, regarding not following accident injury procedures, and possible lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on March 1, 2022. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the center was aware of all incidents that were mentioned, had documentation to show what happened, and showed the parents were notified. A concern noted was the center did not maintain proper staff-to-child ratios when Ms. Mumford left the infant/toddler classroom to serve lunch.
