This complaint is substantiated for interns being alone with infants because according to attendance records, Staff #4, an intern, was alone with infants on July 15, 2024, from 12:02 pm until 1:02 pm, on July 23, 2024, from 7:48 am until 8:19 am, and from 11:41 am to 1:00 pm. There is no evidence to substantiate the other allegations based on staff interviews and a review of attendance records.
