An investigation was conducted on January 12, 2024. This complaint is substantiated because according to the Dover Police Department s news article which states a search warrant was executed January 11, 2024, at 12:20 p.m., Detectives located 93.1 grams of cocaine, 26.4 grams of crack, 302 bags of heroin, 2 handguns, and $32,262.
