Based on staff interviews, this complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision. Child #1 was left outside on the enclosed play area for an unknown amount of time. An additional concern noted at the visit is the fence has openings where a small child could potentially leave the area.

It was sent to the Office of Child Care Licensing on December 18, 2023, and accepted for investigation for not using behavioral supports to intervene quickly to ensure a child's safety, not informing parents of significant incidents involving the child, and not maintaining proper temperature in the building.
