A complaint was received on November 16, 2021, regarding the allegation of improper discipline. An email was received from Owner Janice Palmer on November 10, 2021, regarding these allegations. LS Romanelli followed up with Ms. Palmer to request more documentation. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because Ms. Palmer was able to provide documentation stating that daily health checks had been completed upon arrival and departure of Child #1 on the date in question and no marks or bruises had been observed. Ms. Palmer was also able to provide pictures of Child #1 taken by both Parent #1 and Staff #1. In all of the pictures that had been received, Child #1 had no visible bruise…
