The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on February 12, 2026, regarding concerns of the ceiling leaking in the building. An investigation was conducted on February 19, 2026. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. Based on an interview with Owner #1 there was a leak due to recent heavy snow on the flat roof, but it was addressed immediately and a plan for repairs is in place. LS #1 observed there is no active leaking in the building and damaged ceiling tiles are being monitored and will be replaced when the roof repairs are completed.
