A complaint was received on November 17, 2021, regarding the allegation that staff had been disrespectful with a parent and the center did not provide information about the bump over the child s eye. An unannounced visit was conducted on December 1, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the staff members that were interviewed stated that the parent become very angry and aggressive and they attempted to keep her in the lobby of the center so that the incident would not escalate. A complaint was received on July 28, 2021, regarding the allegation that a child was sent home without a shirt and underwear. An unannounced visit was conducted on August 11, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because Staff #1 stated that when Child #1 was picked up, the class was outside for water play and the person picking up Child #1 chose to not go back into the center to have the child change before leaving. LS Romanelli was not able to contact Parent #1 for an interview.
