The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on August 28, 2025, regarding not keeping the facility clean. An investigation was conducted on September 3, 2025. This complaint is substantiated because the Specialists smelled a foul odor and observed artificial flowers, floral foam, craft pliers, and a soiled diaper on the floor in the child care room. Trash was piled up and overflowing in the child care room. There were several flies in the room. Additional concerns noted were the kitchen was dirty and had uncovered, unlabeled, and expired food in the refrigerator. This complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision because Child #1 stated she and her classmates are left alone when the provider takes the trash out.
