OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On December 12, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding allegations of a firearm present within the center s premises and not understanding the needs of children. An investigation was begun on March 11, 2025, and concluded on March 21, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for having a firearm present within the center s premises. On February 12, 2024, a complaint was called into the Child Abuse and Neglect Report Line and was accepted for investigation by the Institutional Abuse Unit (IAU). It was sent to the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) on February 12, 2024, and accepted for lack of supervision. On February 22, 2024, IAU stated OCCL could begin their investigation. The IAU case was closed as no evidence to substantiate. OCCL conducted an investigation on February 27, 2024. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for lack of supervision because children were supervised appropriately by qualified staff at all times.
