On March 22, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding failure to maintain heating equipment properly and the failure to notify OCCL when the center closed due to not having heat. An investigation was conducted on March 27, 2024. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for failure to maintain the correct temperature because the center closed as required when the heat was not working, and the temperature was 68.9 degrees at the time of the visit. A concern noted at this visit was that the facility did not notify OCCL of the center s closure due to the heater not working properly.
