On May 9, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding incorrect staff-to-child ratios. An investigation was conducted on May 14, 2025. Based on interviews and a review of attendance records, this complaint is substantiated for incorrect staff-to-child ratios. At the time of the investigation visit a classroom was observed to not be in correct staff-to-child ratio. In addition, a review of attendance records showed the two-year-old classroom having an incorrect staff-to-child ratio on May 9, 2025. Additional concerns were noted during this investigation.
