    OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on December 18, 2024, regarding allegations of improper discipline. An investigation was conducted on December 19, 2024. Based on interviews and administration statements, this complaint is substantiated for improper discipline. Administrative staff stated upon review of video footage a determination was made to terminate employment for Staff #1 due to their interactions with Child #1.

    The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on April 17, 2024, regarding lack of supervision. An unannounced visit was conducted on April 22, 2024. There is no evidence to substantiate staff not following requirements for child care health exclusions because the Reporter, Person #1, and the administrator all stated the child was accepted and not turned away from child care on any day and the center was trying determine whether the child s rash was contagious.
