    On July 3, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint regarding incorrect staff-to-child ratio. An investigation was conducted on July 11, 2025. Based on documentation received, this complaint is substantiated for incorrect staff-to-child ratio. Even though staff members reported they were never out of ratio and all classrooms were following the proper staff-to-child ratio at the time of the visit, the attendance documentation provided showed multiple instances of classrooms not following proper staff-to-child ratios. Additional concerns noted were both staff and children were not correctly signed in/out of classrooms on multiple occasions.

    Between January 16, 2025, and January 17, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received two complaints regarding allegations of feeding a child food that had not been stored properly. This complaint is substantiated for feeding a child food that had not been stored properly. Though the policy of the center is to have parents place food in the refrigerator that needs to be kept cold, staff admitted to feeding a child food from the previous day that had not been thrown away or stored properly in a refrigerator overnight.
