On February 7, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding an allegation of lack of supervision. An investigation began on February 12, 2025, and concluded on February 17, 2025. Based on interviews conducted and video footage reviewed, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for a lack of supervision at the child care facility.

On March 17, 2022, a complaint was received regarding the allegations of improper staff-to-child ratios and not following the diaper changes requirements. An unannounced visit was conducted on March 21, 2022, to investigate the complaint. The complaint is substantiated because the Preschool classroom was not maintaining the correct staff-to-child ratio upon the arrival of the licensing specialists. It was also determined by reviewing the attendance sheets that the Infant/Toddler classroom had been over ratio on multiple dates when the infant who is enrolled was present in the classroom.
