There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because the termination policy contained within the parent handbook was followed. There is no evidence to substantiate that a parent handbook was not provided because Mrs. Cuthbertson stated one was provided. A concern was cited because there was an infant asleep in a swing with a blanket covering her.
