    OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On March 10, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding an allegation of lack of supervision. A self-report was made to OCCL on March 13, 2025. A visit was attempted on March 14, 2025 but no one answered the door to grant admission to the facility. A follow-up visit was conducted on March 19, 2025. This complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision. The camera footage received showed Staff #1 was not present in the classroom during nap time. While Staff #1 was gone, Child #3 and Child #2 were both observed being inappropriate towards Child #1. …
