There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Ms. Cannon and Staff #1 stated children are served the appropriate amount during meals and seconds are given if asked for by a child. Also, LS Donovan observed a meal served with appropriate serving sizes.

There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because Ms. Cannon stated parents are notified of accidents or injuries via the Bright Wheels app and then sent an electronic accident or injury report and seven reports signed by a parent or guardian were observed for June 14, 2022.

This complaint is no evidence to substantiate because all staff interviewed denied these allegations, proper staff-to-child ratio was maintained during the visit and according to reviewed attendance, LS Sommer observed face coverings worn properly by all staff, and observed documentation of diaper changes which met diapering requirements for child care facilities.

There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not following protocols because Ms. Cannon stated the parent did not enter the building and the Division of Public Health was notified when Child #1 tested positive. Additionally, Ms. Cannon and Staff #3 stated all children from the two-year-old classroom who were in close contact with Child #1 were picked up and tested before returning to school.
