OCCL received a complaint on February 22, 2022, regarding unqualified staff alone with the children. An investigation was completed on February 28, 2022. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because when paired together, the staff that were present are qualified to be with the children. There is an additional staff present three days per week. The staff also had a plan to address parent pick-ups and bathroom breaks for the children.
