  On March 24, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding diapering procedures. An investigation was conducted on March 27, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because according to staff interviewed, diaper checks are completed hourly, and diaper changes are completed as needed. Documentation also shows the times of those checks and changes according to video footage reviewed by staff for a specific day. A concern noted is while checking for Child #1 s diaper cream and Medication Administration Record (MAR), it was determined several children did not have a completed MAR for the diaper creams being used in the classroom.

There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because all staff interviewed stated Child #1 utilizes the toilet when prompted during the day, eliminating the need to change his diaper. The complaint was sent to OCCL and accepted for investigation regarding improper discipline. On February 6, 2024, IAU stated the case would be abridged because after reviewing the video footage, the incident does not rise to the level of abuse because no injuries were sustained by the children involved.
