The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on January 10, 2025, regarding concerns of not using proper cleaning and sanitation. An investigation was conducted on January 24, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not using proper cleaning and sanitation based on observations and interviews conducted. Upon observations, the facility is using and following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures. All staff interviewed stated the proper cleaning and sanitation protocols are being followed and families are notified of contagious illnesses in the facility.
