OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On February 3, 2026, and February 5, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received two complaints regarding lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on April 8, 2026. Based on information received from outside agencies, staff interviews, and licensing specialist knowledge of the physical space from previous visits, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. All staff interviewed stated no staff are left alone one-on-one with a child and it was noted the child s classroom s bathroom door is always left open as there is a separate stall for the toilet.
