An investigation was conducted on May 19, 2025. Based on the findings of the investigation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. Provider #1 denies care of children in the evening hours ever being unsupervised. Provider #1 stated approved substitutes are used for supervision when Provider #1 needs to step out of the program.
