A self-report was made to OCCL on October 28, 2025, by the Provider. After reviewing attendance records, checking child files, and viewing camera footage, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for allegations of over-capacity and failure to follow child release policy. The family child care home was not over-capacity, and the child release policy was followed, as Parent #1 was known to the Provider.
