On February 3, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding the center not having heat. A telephone investigation was conducted on February 3, 2026, due to the inability to conduct an onsite visit because of the inclement weather and lack of snow/ice removal. Based on the results of this investigation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because the center administrator denied not having heat and sent Licensing Specialist #1 a picture of the thermostat showing the temperature to be above 68 degrees.
