An investigation was conducted on May 13, 2026. After speaking with the administrator and a staff member, watching camera footage, and viewing clips of the incident showing Child #1 using their arm at the center on the days following the incident, the incident appears to have been accidental in nature and occurred while Staff #1 was performing routine duties.
