On March 24, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding incorrect staff-to-child ratios. Based on observations of classrooms, interviews with staff, and a review of attendance records, this complaint is substantiated for incorrect staff-to-child ratios. LS #1 observed three classrooms out of correct staff-to child ratio while conducting the investigation. LS #1 reviewed documents showing four classrooms had incorrect staff-to-child ratios earlier that day. Five staff members interviewed stated they were out of ratio that day.
