The complaint alleged unprofessional behavior toward staff by the administrator, lack of supervision of children, rodents in the center, unsanitary handling of food, improper care of a sick child, improper attendance reporting, and fraudulent pay records. An investigation was conducted on January 7, 2022. On November 22, 2021, OCCL received a complaint regarding a possible rodent infestation, serving food that is expired and stale, and staff being unprofessional. An investigation was conducted on December 1, 2021. There is no evidence to substantiate a rodent infestation because the administrator, office manager, and four staff stated the classrooms were not rodent infested but had signs of a rodent and an exterminator was immediately contacted.
