On September 13, 2022, OCCL received a complaint alleging lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on September 15, 2022. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because video footage of the incident shows Staff #1 positioned well in the room and she appeared to be watching the children in care. Child #1 was playing in the dramatic play area, on the floor behind a shelf, when he became upset, came out of the area and climbed into Staff #1 s lap. Staff #1 looked at Child #1 for an injury, seeing nothing apparent, she consoled him.
