On March 4, 2024, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding concerns of improper security procedures, the center not being clean, as well as evidence of mouse droppings throughout the center. A visit was conducted on March 6, 2024, to investigate this complaint. This complaint is substantiated for not having proper security procedures in place. Upon arrival, the door to the church office was open. LS Brady was able to access the child care center because the church office door was unlocked, and the interior church door was also propped open.
