On July 18, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding allegations of lack of supervision. An unannounced visit was conducted on July 24, 2025. This complaint is substantiated for lack of supervision due to the staff member being unable to give timely attention to the children s actions and calling for assistance rather than removing the children from the potentially hazardous situation. An additional concern noted during this investigation was the conflicting statements from Administrator #1 regarding how the children returned to the playground.
