At the conclusion of the investigation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint based on the interviews with Administrator #1 and Staff #2. Administrator #1 conducted an internal investigation, the findings showed no evidence of improper discipline because Staff #1 denied pinching Child #1 and Child #1 s cot was not visible on the video footage. On October 6, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding concerns of not following the parent handbook policies for termination of care. An investigation was conducted on October 20, 2025. Based on the findings of the investigation, there is no evidence to substantiate the complaint. Facility Director (FD) #1 and Administrator #1 made decisions based on communications between Staff #1, FD #1, and the family service worker. Staff #1 initially requested disenrollment for Child #1 on September 18, 2025, then later rescinded the request through the family service worker.
