Based on the documentation reviewed, observations made during the inspection, and staff interviews, there is no evidence to substantiate the allegation of incorrect staff-to-child ratios. All staff interviewed stated that the center consistently maintains the required staff-to-child ratios. The attendance records reflected compliance with the required staff-to-child ratios, and all occupied classrooms were observed to be in compliance at the time of the visit.

In the facility s handbook it states a five-business day written notice would be provided to parents prior to termination of services.
