Additional concerns were noted during a follow-up visit on December 1, 2023, including lack of supervision because a child ran out of the classroom, down the hall, into the lobby to another staff. The complaint is substantiated for improper discipline because staff confirmed Staff #2 hit Child #1. A concern noted was, one staff member was supervising eight children ages one and two during nap time, and about half of the children were awake.
