Based on interviews with the administrator and multiple staff, as well as review of documentation there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. Attendance records and observations at the visit showed classrooms were in correct staff-to-child ratio. Staff were observed to be supervising children appropriately. All staff interviewed stated they were not aware of the alleged incident having occurred, so there was no cause to notify a parent.
