The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) was later notified that IAU would be abridging the case. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for lack of supervision based on observations and interviews conducted. The administrator and all staff interviewed stated children are not permitted in the hallways unsupervised. When children are permitted to access their cubbies in the hallway, staff supervise them from the classroom doorway.

The classroom was in correct staff-to-child ratio and children were being supervised. A concern noted was the center failed to notify OCCL within one business day of an injury to a child requiring medical treatment other than first aid provided at the center.
