On January 20, 2022, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding possible lack of supervision. An investigation was conducted on January 31, 2021. Based on the results of this investigation there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint because all three staff members denied observing any staff instruct children to go in the bathroom and stay there. Also, the staff that were interviewed stated the children cannot go into the bathroom together, except to wash their hands, because there is only one toilet in each bathroom.
