The Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint on September 21, 2022, regarding not allowing parents access to the building, and diapering procedures. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not allowing access because all staff interviewed stated parents can come into the building as long as they wear a mask. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for diapering procedures because all staff interviewed stated they were unaware of any child crying during diapering, or of a child being afraid of getting their diaper changed.

The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on August 9, 2022, regarding staff not following the guidelines of the National Weather Service concerning a heat advisory. An investigation was conducted on August 11, 2022. The complaint was substantiated because the administrator confirmed she and two staff took a group of children outside for a walk that lasted approximately five minutes during a heat advisory.
