An investigation was conducted on March 2, 2026. This complaint is substantiated for failing to use positive behavior management strategies. LS #1 interviewed Administrator #1 and six staff members during this investigation; three of those staff members denied witnessing any staff not using positive behavioral supports and stated they only use positive behavior management. The administrator and three staff members stated they have observed Staff #1 using inappropriate techniques while guiding the children.
