An investigation was conducted on June 24, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for required parent permission and posted daily schedule requirements. According to staff interviews and documentation reviewed, the child did not have permission to go for walks but was only taken outside to the playground on the center property, not for walks off the property. The daily schedules posted showed two periods of time for outdoor play and gross motor activity.
