Based on the findings of this investigation, there is no evidence to substantiate this complaint. Administrator #1 stated the program was undergoing routine HVAC maintenance on April 11, 2025, the air temperature never fell below 65 , and the maintenance was completed by 3:00 pm the same day. The facility visitor log confirms the presence of the workers from an HVAC company on the day indicated in the initial complaint.
