On August 3, 2021, the Office of Child Care Licensing received a complaint alleging lack of supervision, inappropriate discipline, and failure to report. An investigation was conducted on August 9, 2021. This complaint is substantiated for inappropriate discipline and failure to report because a child stated a staff member hit her and another child observed the staff member raising her hand back in the air in what appeared to be getting ready to hit a child.
