OCCL s investigation of regulatory non-compliance began after clearance from other agencies was received. On February 18, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding not following breastmilk procedures, not changing diapers as required, not completing infant daily logs, not permitting parents into the home, and use of improper discipline due to yelling at the children. An investigation was conducted on February 25, 2025. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint for not following breastmilk procedures because Ms. Roberts stated any unused breastmilk was returned to the parent.
