Administrator #1 stated Staff #1 and Staff #2 are not employed at the facility, and Child #1 is not enrolled in the facility.

    A complaint was received on October 5, 2021, regarding the allegation that staff members watched a child climb a fence, because they did not feel he could. An unannounced visit was conducted on October 12, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because although Child #1 did climb the fence, Child #1 was under the supervision of two staff members the entire time. The staff allowed this to occurred because it was the safest solution to an escalated situation.

    A complaint was received on September 3, 2021, regarding the allegation that the center was not following the procedure for addressing food allergies. An unannounced visit was conducted on September 8, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the center followed Child #1 s medical action plan, the mother was contacted, and 911 was called. The center also notified OCCL by email of the incident. All of the required policies were followed.

    A complaint was received regarding the allegation that the center is allowing Child #2 to repeatedly harm other children in the classroom. An unannounced visit was conducted on September 8, 2021, to investigate the complaint. There is no evidence to substantiate the complaint because the center was able to provide multiple forms of documentation that they are aware of the concern and are working closely with the child, staff, and family to try and prevent further harm to the other children in the classroom.
